The temperature control is spot-on—my first cup came out smooth and rich without a hint of bitterness, which is rare for a machine in this price range. It brews fast enough for my morning rush, and the carafe keeps the coffee hot for over an hour without scorching it.

I set it up before bed and woke up to a pot that tasted like it came from the shop down the street. The PID temperature control really shows—every cup comes out the same, with none of the sour or bitter swings my old machine gave me. It’s pricey, but worth it for that first sip alone.

The water temperature stays rock-steady through the whole brew, which I can taste in the cleaner, brighter cups I'm getting compared to my old kettle-pour setup. The LCD interface took me one morning to figure out, and now it's the first thing I reach for.
