Stasiun pencucian Ninga, terletak di daerah penghasil kopi terpencil di Provinsi Kayanza, Burundi. Rumah bagi para petani kopi berdedikasi yang menggantungkan hidupnya pada tanaman ini. Bermitra dengan Long Miles Coffee Project, para petani ini diberdayakan untuk menerapkan praktik berkelanjutan yang meningkatkan kualitas kopi sekaligus perlindungan lingkungan. Didirikan oleh Ben dan Kristy Carlson, Long Miles memiliki rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam meningkatkan kehidupan ribuan petani kopi Burundi melalui inisiatif sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Kopi ini mewujudkan ketangguhan komunitas Bukit Giku dan komitmen teguh mereka untuk menghasilkan kopi yang luar biasa.

Lot ini adalah honey fermentasi diperpanjang (anaerobik), namun tanpa tanda-tanda fermentasi berlebihan. Ekspektasi kopi yang sangat bersih, lembut, dan halus dengan aroma madu akasia, teh hitam yang mirip dengan rooibos dan chamomile, serta keasaman raspberry.
