The double-probe system means I never have to think about temperature surfing — every shot runs steady from start to finish. It’s been three weeks and my milk texture is finally dialed in, which says a lot coming from a beginner.

I was a bit worried about temperature stability on a heat exchanger, but the double-probe system is genuinely something else. Steam pressure stays rock solid while I’m pulling back-to-back shots, and the boiler recovered fast enough that I could froth milk right after without waiting.

The double-probe setup keeps the temperature rock steady even when I’m pulling back-to-back shots, which was my biggest frustration with my last machine. The steam power is also a huge upgrade — I froth milk for two lattes before the boiler even blinks.
