El Cozo - Sourced from José Vicente Ordoñez Ortiz’s high-altitude farm in Albán, Colombia, El Cozo is processed using anaerobic fermentation, creating a vibrant, complex cup. 

Montoya Chiroso - Grown by Luis Alberto Montoya at La Arboleda, this washed lot is bright, juicy, and floral. Perfect over ice or as a single origin espresso this summer.. 

Ají Washed - A clean and refined version of the Ají variety, processed using the washed method, highlighting its bright acidity and floral undertones.

Our Colombian Taster Packs are available in two sizes: 100g per bag (in a pack of 3) or 250g per bag (in a pack of 3), allowing you to select the option that best suits your needs.
