Carbon negative coffee

Our third release from Jardines Del Eden this season: first there was the Red Gesha, then the Orange Wush Wush, and now the Pink Gesha.

Not much is known about this coffee varietal. It’s a natural mutation of the traditional Red Gesha, with the coffee cherries maturing to take on a pink hue. Jardines have isolated and propagated just 900 trees, making this an extremely small lot. Similar to the Wush Wush, only 24kg is harvested every season.

In this coffee, we found more floral and delicate tea-like characteristics in comparison to the darker fruit of the Red Gesha. This is balanced with ripe raspberry and stone fruit sweetness. We’ve brought it over as a UK and Europe exclusive, so don’t miss out!

Ella ★★★★★

The extended natural fermentation really does something special here—the nectarine sweetness comes through on the finish and lingers just long enough. I brewed it as a pour-over at 1:15 ratio and the cup felt silky, almost creamy, which I didn't expect from a gesha. Definitely buying another bag bef

The extended natural fermentation really shines here, giving the cup a syrupy body that carries that nectarine sweetness right to the end. I brewed it as a pour-over and it tasted like a fancy fruit tea more than a coffee. Already ordered another bag for my weekend mornings.

The raspberry note is unmistakable but so refined, it’s like the fruit was distilled into the coffee. I brewed it as a pour-over and the nectarine sweetness carried all the way through to a clean finish. This pink gesha from Jardines Del Eden is easily the most interesting bag I’ve had this year.
