William ★★★★★

The anaerobic wash really comes through in the cup — it’s clean and layered without being funky. Brewing it as a pour-over at around 1,450 masl, the pink bourbon sweetness is unmistakable. Solid buy from the La Leona lot.

Lucy ★★★★★

I've brewed a lot of coffees from Armenia, but this Pink Bourbon from Luz Helena stands out—the finish is clean and almost sweet, with none of the muddiness you sometimes get from anaerobic lots. The altitude really shows through in the body. Definitely buying again next harvest.

Andrew U. ★★★★★

The anaerobic washed process really brings out a clean, bright cup—I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. At 1,450-1,500 masl, you can taste that altitude in the crisp acidity. This is one of those coffees I’ll be sad to finish.
