Discover the layered beauty of Honduran coffee with our new Trio Pack, featuring three distinctive lots from the Marcala highlands. Each coffee offers a glimpse into the passion and innovation shaping this remarkable origin.

From Victorio Cruz comes Niño Isaac, a honey-processed Typica grown on 40-year-old trees — a rare find in Honduras, where most have shifted to high-yield varietals. Victorio’s choice to preserve this heritage variety results in a cup that’s bright and complex, with cranberry, blood orange and a tea-like finish, thanks to extended fermentation.

Next, Angelical Pacas from the Jazmín family showcases the Pacas varietal — a natural Bourbon mutation prized for its dwarf size, allowing for denser planting and greater yields without sacrificing quality. This washed lot bursts with notes of juicy orange, nectarine, and rich fudge, highlighting the care behind every stage from farm to café.

Finally, Nancy Parainema, a new lot from long-time partner Nancy Hernández, offers star fruit, creamy cashew, and brown sugar sweetness. Grown on her dream farm, Jazmín, this Parainema variety is both resilient and award-winning — earning multiple Cup of Excellence honours for its standout profile.

Together, these three coffees celebrate the craft, legacy and future of Honduran coffee. Taste them side by side to experience the origin at its most dynamic.

Jason O. ★★★★★

The sweetness on the first lot is unreal—like caramelized sugar—and the other two are just as distinct. Made a pour-over with the second one and the finish lingered for minutes. This trio is the best way to explore the region without committing to one bag.

The Marcala highlands really shine through in this trio—each lot has its own character, and I love that I can taste the regional depth without leaving my kitchen. I've been brewing them side by side, and the layered complexity keeps me coming back for another cup.

Penelope ★★★★★

The variety across the three lots is impressive—each one brings out a different side of the same region, from floral to chocolatey. I’ve been brewing them back-to-back and the contrast keeps every cup interesting.
