Andy Llanos Delgado, a young coffee grower hailing from the small hamlet of Santa Rosa de Congona in the Colasay District of northern Peru, produces exceptional coffee. His smallholding, Pluma Dorada, is cultivated with a keen eye for organic practices and biodiversity. He primarily grows Bourbon and Tabi varieties, alongside a select plot of the highly prized Gesha.
This particular lot has been processed with meticulous care, utilising a washed method with a gentle, extended fermentation. The result is a wonderfully fruity and juicy cup, brimming with the sweetness of red plum, balanced by the bright acidity of peach, and finishing with a rich hazelnut note.
