The washed batch brews up so clean and bright, while the honey process gives it that syrupy sweetness—a nice contrast from the Caturra and Bourbon beans. I've been sipping it black every morning and the finish lingers just right.

I brewed it as a pour-over and the Caturra and Bourbon blend gave it a nice, balanced body without any bitterness.
