The Pink Bourbon cultivar really stands out—that honey process gives it a rich, syrupy body without any harshness. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness carried through from first sip to last, even as it cooled. This January harvest batch tastes incredibly fresh.

The honey process really lets the Pink Bourbon’s sweetness shine through—I’ve never had a cup this clean and fruity from a 1900 masl lot. Brewing it as a pour-over, the body feels silky and the finish lingers just the right amount. Definitely ordering more before this harvest runs out.

This is my second bag from this exact farm and the consistency is remarkable. At 1900 meters, the Pink Bourbon has this incredible sweetness that comes through clearly in a pour-over, especially as it cools. It's a pricey daily driver, but for a special weekend coffee, it's worth every penny.
