Lily U. ★★★★★

The Yellow Catucai at 1,200 meters is such a sweet, clean cup—I brewed it as a pour-over and got this nice lingering brown sugar finish. Sergio clearly knows what he's doing with that natural process. This one's earned a permanent spot in my rotation.

Michael ★★★★★

The natural process really lets the Yellow Catucai shine—there's a rich, fruity depth that I haven't found in washed coffees from the region. Sergio clearly knows what he's doing at this altitude, and it brews up incredibly smooth.

The natural process really lets the Yellow Catucai’s sweetness shine through, and at 1,200 meters it’s got that crisp, clean acidity I look for. Brewed a V60 this morning and the cup was smooth from start to finish, though I wish the harvest notes mentioned a bit more about the expected roast profil
