Andy Llanos Delgado, un joven caficultor del pequeño caserío de Santa Rosa de Congona, en el distrito de Colasay, al norte de Perú, produce un café excepcional. Su pequeña finca, Pluma Dorada, se cultiva con un firme compromiso con las prácticas orgánicas y la biodiversidad. Cultiva principalmente las variedades Bourbon y Tabi, junto con una parcela selecta de la codiciada Gesha.

Este lote en particular se ha procesado con esmero, utilizando un método lavado con una fermentación suave y prolongada. El resultado es una taza maravillosamente afrutada y jugosa, rebosante de la dulzura de la ciruela roja, equilibrada por la acidez brillante del melocotón y con un final rico a avellana.
