William ★★★★★

The washed process really lets the Pacamara bean shine through—my cup was clean and sweet with that brown sugar note lingering nicely. At 1,600 meters, this Atitlan coffee has a smoothness that makes it dangerously easy to finish a whole bag in a week.

Brewed a pour-over this morning and the washed process really lets the pacamara shine—clean, bright, and that brown sugar note lingers nicely. At 1,600 masl you can taste the altitude in the complexity. Probably the most balanced bag I've had from Atitlan this year.

Emily ★★★★★

First cup and I immediately understood why the altitude matters here, that 1,600 masl from Atitlan gives it a brightness that cuts through the morning like nothing else. The brown sugar note is subtle but really lingers on the finish, and the washed process keeps everything clean and crisp.
