Jacob V. ★★★★★

Brewed a cup this morning and the wet fermentation really shows—the cup is clean and bright, exactly what I hoped for from a Kiambu County lot. The SL28 and Batian blend gives it a nice balance that holds up even as it cools.

The altitude and the SL28/SL34 mix give this a brightness that’s genuinely clean, no harsh edges at all. I brewed it as a pour-over and the washed process really lets that juicy, tea-like quality shine. Whole bag’s gone in a week, so that says enough.

The wet fermentation really comes through in the cup—it’s clean and bright without any harsh edges. I brewed a batch from the 1600-meter altitude beans and the balance was spot-on for a daily pour-over.
