Aurora ★★★★★

The dry fermentation really comes through in the cup, giving it a juicy, almost wine-like depth that I wasn't expecting from a washed process. The SL 28 and SL 34 blend makes for a surprisingly complex brew that I look forward to every morning. Already ordered another bag.

Ryan ★★★★★

The acidity is so bright and clean, exactly what you'd expect from a washed SL 28. I brewed it in a pour-over and the dry fermentation gives it a lovely, lingering finish.

Carter ★★★★★

The washed process really lets the SL 28 and SL 34 shine—it's got that bright, clean cup you expect from Kirinyaga, and even the dry fermentation adds a bit of depth without any funk. I brewed it in a pour-over and it was a whole mood, tart and sweet at the same time. Definitely the best bag I've ha
