Andy Llanos Delgado, un giovane coltivatore di caffè originario del piccolo villaggio di Santa Rosa de Congona, nel distretto di Colasay, nel nord del Perù, produce un caffè eccezionale. La sua piccola tenuta, Pluma Dorada, è gestita con grande attenzione alle pratiche biologiche e alla biodiversità. Coltiva principalmente le varietà Bourbon e Tabi, insieme a un appezzamento selezionato della pregiata Gesha.

Questa partita è stata lavorata con cura meticolosa, utilizzando un metodo lavato con una fermentazione lenta e prolungata. Il risultato è una tazza meravigliosamente fruttata e succosa, ricca della dolcezza della prugna rossa, bilanciata dall'acidità vivace della pesca, con un finale ricco di nocciola.
