The floral aroma from those Kurume and Dega varieties hit me right after opening the bag, and the natural process gives it such a juicy, wine-like sweetness. Bought it for my morning pour-overs and it’s already my favorite from the 2024 harvest — smooth, no bitterness, even as it cools.
