Guji-regionen i södra Etiopien är hem för byn Buku, där detta kaffe produceras och processas. Historiskt bebodd av oromo-folket, har Guji frodiga, orörda landskap och ett rikt kulturarv. Oromo-folket har trivts här i århundraden och gått från pastoralism till att huvudsakligen odla. Tack vare den bördiga jorden med täta skogar finns minimalt behov av gödning och insatsvaror, vilket gör ekologiska metoder till standard här. Regionen står som ett bevis på hållbart jordbruk och kulturellt bevarande.
