The natural process really lets both the Brazilian and Burundian sides shine through, each cup switching up its character as it cools. Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and the body was thick and sweet without any harshness. Definitely stocking up before it's gone.
The mix of Brazilian and Burundian beans makes for a surprisingly balanced cup—each morning I’m catching something different, from berry notes to a deeper, earthier finish. The natural process gives it a smooth, almost syrupy body that works great black. I’ve already reordered, which says it all.
The natural process really shines through in this blend — sweet, fruity, and clean from the first sip. I brewed a pour-over and the cup had a lovely syrupy body that lasted as it cooled. The mixed cultivar from both Minas Gerais and Kayanza gives it a complexity I wasn't expecting for the price.
