歐陽咖啡以千戶咖啡農場主人歐陽先生命名，農場位於雲南南部的江城哈尼族彝族自治縣，鄰近中國與越南、寮國的邊境。農場佔地78公頃，為當地多元族群提供了重要的就業機會。
歐陽先生對咖啡以及參與種植與處理的社區福祉充滿熱忱。他將生產高品質咖啡豆視為幫助當地山區居民脫離貧困的有效途徑。
我們非常高興今年再次將中國咖啡納入我們的產品陣容，我們認為這可能是目前為止最出色的一批。期待濃郁的草莓與熱帶水果風味，搭配焦糖威化餅的平衡感，尾韻帶有溫和的鹹香氣息。
The natural process really lets the cherry fruitiness come through, and the P4 catimor handles it beautifully. I brewed a batch from the March harvest and it’s been my go-to morning cup all week.
First sip and the natural process really shines through—it’s sweet and clean without being overpowering. The catimor beans from that 1,250 MASL altitude in Yunnan definitely bring a unique profile I haven’t tasted before.
