The washed Bourbon from Giku Hill is incredibly clean and bright, and the high altitude really shows in its crisp acidity. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup was so smooth it made my usual morning routine feel special. Definitely the best coffee I've had from Burundi this year.

The washed bourbon process gives it such a clean, bright cup, and you can really taste the care that went into harvesting at that altitude. I brewed it as a pour-over and the finish was ridiculously smooth, gone in a few days.
