古吉（Guji）地區位於衣索比亞南部，是布庫（Buku）村莊的所在地，這款咖啡便是在此生產與處理。歷史上，奧羅莫人（Oromo）居住於此，古吉擁有蒼翠未受破壞的景觀與豐富的文化遺產。奧羅莫人在此繁衍生息數世紀，從遊牧生活逐漸轉變為以農耕為主。得益於肥沃的土地與茂密的森林，幾乎不需要施肥與投入，因此有機耕作在此是常態。這個地區是永續農業與文化保存的典範。
這批咖啡可能是我們2024年至今最喜愛的批次：飽滿多汁、風味絕佳，充滿熱帶水果、莓果與核果的香氣。是迎接夏季的完美咖啡。
The altitude here really shows—it’s got that clean, high-grown character you don’t find in lower lots. I’ve brewed it as a pour-over and the natural sweetness comes through smooth, no harsh edges. This is the kind of bag I’m already planning to reorder.
Buku’s natural process gives it a wild, almost wine-like sweetness that I wasn't expecting from the bag's plain label, and it brews up surprisingly clean at 1900–2100 masl. I’ve had it as both pour-over and espresso, and it’s easily my favorite Guji lot this season.
The altitude here really shows in the cup—clean, vibrant, and noticeably more complex at 1,900–2,100 meters than my usual daily bag. I’ve been pulling shots with it and the natural process gives this lovely fruited sweetness that lingers without being heavy.
