為您介紹今年來自我們長期直接貿易夥伴 Nancy Hernández 的全新批次，採用 Parainema 品種。此品種專為抗病性與高產量而培育，同時也擁有卓越的杯測品質，曾多次榮獲「卓越杯」大獎。
這批咖啡帶有細膩的花香調性，以及熱帶水果與奶油腰果的風味，並以宜人的黑糖甜感完美平衡。
Jazmín 農場由 Nancy 於 2008 年創立。追隨父母與祖父母的腳步擁有一座農場，一直是她的夢想。她在父母的農場花了多年時間學習處理與種植技術，直到她的叔叔提供機會，讓她將一片廢棄土地轉變為咖啡農場——Jazmín 於焉誕生。
The altitude really shows here—1600 masl gives it that clean, bright finish you only get from high-grown lots. I brewed it as a pour-over and the washed process keeps everything crisp, no muddiness at all. This April harvest batch is hitting different.
The Parainema cultivar from this washed lot is a real standout—bright, clean, and with that floral complexity you’d expect from 1600 masl. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed sweet from hot to cool. My only regret is not ordering more before the April harvest sells out.
Even though I’m no coffee expert, this washed Parainema from Finca Jazmín brews so clean and sweet that I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week. The altitude really shows—it’s bright but smooth, perfect for my morning pour-over. Definitely a steal for the price.
