Tämä ainutlaatuinen kahvi, jonka on kasvattanut Carlos Arcila La Castellanan tilalla Armeniassa, Quindíossa, on käynyt läpi kokeellisen jääkäymisprosessin. Prosessi alkoi 24 tunnin kuivakäymisellä, jota seurasi 50 tuntia Grain Pro -säkeissä säädellyssä 20 asteen lämpötilassa. Tämän jälkeen kahvi pakastettiin 72 tunniksi.
