That jasmine note hits you right as you open the bag, way before brewing. The mango and passionfruit come through bright and clean in the cup, and it’s easily the most complex coffee I’ve had from Costa Rica this year.

I was skeptical about the price per bag, but the mango note up front is genuinely bright and clean, and that jasmine finish lingers just long enough. The anaerobic wash really lets the sweetness come through without any harshness. I’ve already ordered another bag.
