ウガンダ、ブコンゾ・ドリーム

The natural process really shines here, with the high-altitude Rwenzori character giving it a deep, fruity sweetness that carries through even as it cools. I’ve been brewing it in my French press and the body is thick and satisfying, though it takes a bit to dial in the grind.

I brew this with a V60 and the SL28 and SL14 varietals really show off that mountain altitude — clean, honeyed sweetness without any of the muddiness you sometimes get from naturals. I’ve already reordered a bag; the Rwenzori character is unmistakable.

The natural process on this one is something else—the SL28 and SL14 mix from those high Rwenzori slopes gives a deep, syrupy body that lingers nicely. I’ve brewed it both as a pour-over and in my moka pot, and it held up great either way. My only struggle is not finishing the bag too fast.
